Ron has served as a missionary, pastor, and as a college administrator and faculty member. He and his wife, Kimerly, pioneered and subsequently served at Leyte Gulf Bible College in Dulag, Leyte, Philippines. Additionally, he served as the Vice President for Student Development, the Vice President of Academic Affairs and Registrar, and the Executive Vice President in Charge of Daily Operations, all at Messenger College of Joplin, Missouri (now Bedford, Texas). Ron served as the Lead Pastor at Baywood Pentecostal Holiness Chrch (Fayettville, NC) and and Associate Pastor at Faith Assembly of God (Joplin. MO). Ron has served as the Lead Pastor at Gather Lynchburg (previously Love & Truth Community Church) since 2017. Ron has been married to Kimberly since 1994. They have five "children" – Andrew, Stephen, Rebekah, Sarah and Seth.
